Na een dag skiën of snowboarden is het fijn vertoeven in de sauna. Door de warmte ontspannen je spieren en woord je langzaam zen. Naast het ontspannende effect van een saunabezoek, levert de langere warmte je verschillende gezondheidsvoordelen op. Deze lichten wij graag toe in dit blog.
